How we run renovation work

CMAR delivery. Renovation scopes are planned and priced with the owner and design team before construction, with trade contractors coordinated under one team.
Night and phased work. Night work is part of our record, including the Concourse D renovation at Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
Active environments. Interior buildouts, tenant improvements, and occupied facility renovations planned around the operations that stay in the building.
Supervision and closeout. A dedicated superintendent and project manager on site, with punch list coordination and closeout handled by the same team.

Federal Inspection Services & Concourse D Renovation (Completed, CMAR). Delivery team: Messer/All-Pro (CMAR). Night time renovation of Concourse D and the lower level Federal Inspection Services at Charlotte Douglas International Airport: gate realignment of four passenger boarding bridges, extensive baggage handling work, upgrades to the main HVAC system, and installation of a second primary electrical service.
Umbrella Center (In Progress, CMAR). Delivery team: Edifice/All-Pro (CMAR). Renovation of the Albemarle Center into Mecklenburg County's family justice center, delivered under the Edifice CMAR program.
Ally Bank Office (2021, Trade Partner). General contractor: Brasfield & Gorrie. Corporate office interior renovation.
Spectrum Center Employee Lockers (2026, Trade Partner). General contractor: Turner Construction. Employee locker rooms renovation.
Bojangles Coliseum (2021, Trade Partner). General contractor: Encompass Building Group. Arena renovation including locker rooms and concessions.
Spectrum Center (2015, Trade Partner). General contractor: Turner Construction. Luxury suites renovation and interior upgrades for the home of the Charlotte Hornets.
